How many calories are in Snow Natural Soda + Vitamins?
Our beverages contain fewer calories than most leading non-diet soft drinks. Most flavors of Snow have 75 to 80 calories in an eight-ounce serving. That is still substantially less than traditional sodas. If you are looking for a zero calorie soda, please try our new Light line.

Our new Light line is completely natural and calorie free, but is delicious and refreshing in the way that it has to in order to bear the Snow name. What is stevia?
Stevia is an herb native to South America. It has been used for hundreds of years by the native Americans of Paraguay and Brazil to sweeten food and beverages. The body does not metabolize the sweet glycosides from the stevia leaves so there is no caloric intake. Stevia is diabetic friendly as it does not adversely affect blood glucose levels.
What is erythritol?
Erythritol is a naturally-derived sweetener found in many fruits and vegetables including grapes, melons, mushrooms, and fermented foods such as wine, beer, cheese, and soy sauce. Although erythritol is classified as a sugar alcohol, it does not cause gastrointestinal problems.
Why are there 12g Carbohydrates on the Nutrition Facts Panel?
Although Erythritol does have carbohydrates, it passes through the body in its original form. As the body does not process the carbohydrates from Erythritol, they essentially have no calories or “net carbs”. Therefore, Snow Light has zero calories.
